In brief

Prita Miranti Suyudi has served as a notary and land deed official (PPAT) since 2015, first in Klungkung and then Badung, Bali, and since 2023 with her seat in South Jakarta.

Her main fields are land transactions, foreign investment structuring, succession and inheritance planning, and company law, including amendment of company bylaws, restructuring, and shareholder meetings.

Before becoming a notary she worked as a paralegal, a TVRI news presenter and an English–Indonesian interpreter.
