International Code of Notariat 2025

A non-binding reference framework from the International Union of Notaries (UINL), approved by the Assembly of Member Notariats in Dakar, Senegal, on 9 May 2025. It has three titles: the notary, the authentic notarial deed, and notarial activities, from legalisation and marriage property to land, inheritance and companies.
