Privacy policy

This page explains how the notary office of Dr(C). Prita Miranti Suyudi, SH., MKn., C.Med., FIS handles the personal data you give through this website, under Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection (UU PDP).

What we collect

  • The question form: your name, phone number, email address, the topic, your question, how you would like to be answered, and your consent.
  • The download form: your name, email address, phone number if you give it, which description fits you, the file you chose, your consent, and whether you would like to hear about new articles.
  • With each form: the page you sent it from and the language you used.

Nothing is collected unless you send a form. If you write by email or WhatsApp, your message goes to the office through those services, under their own terms. Documents for a deed are not collected through this website; the office asks for them separately when they are needed.

Why we use it

  • To answer your question, in the way you chose.
  • To give you the document you asked for.
  • If you ticked the box for it, to email you about new articles. Only people who ticked it receive these emails, and every email has a link to unsubscribe.

We do not sell your personal data and do not use it for advertising. We do not share it with third parties, except the services that run this website, named in the next section.

Where it is kept

What you send is stored in this website's database, which runs on Cloudflare, and a copy is emailed to the office through Halaman, the service that runs this website. Only the office's team and the website's administrators can see it.

The download form remembers your details in your own browser, so you need not type them again. Clearing this site's data in your browser removes them.

This website loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your browser's internet address as part of any such request.

How long we keep it

We keep your data only as long as needed to answer your enquiry or send you the document you asked for, and at most 2 years. After that it is deleted.

Your rights

Under the UU PDP you may ask to see the personal data we hold about you, to correct it, to have it deleted, and to withdraw your consent.

Write to mail@notarisprita.com, or call +62 821-8888-2311 during office hours (Mon–Fri, 09.00–17.00 WIB). We answer privacy requests within 3 × 24 hours, in line with the UU PDP.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version is published on this page.

This policy takes effect on 25 October 2026.
